Shipping policy

Samara Collection delivers orders to addresses within Pakistan.

Payment: Cash on Delivery is available — you pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.

Order confirmation: Please make sure your name, complete address and mobile number are correct at checkout. We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery times may vary for remote areas or during busy periods and public holidays; if a delay affects your order, we will let you know.

Undelivered orders: If a parcel cannot be delivered (for example, an incorrect address or no one available to receive it), the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel to us. We will contact you to arrange the next step.

Delivery charges are a flat Rs 300 on all orders across Pakistan.

Orders across Pakistan are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

International shipping is charged at a flat USD 30 (billed in PKR at checkout).

International orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days.
